Availability
Please contact for up to date availability. If the villa is not available for your chosen date, we may well be able to offer similar alternative accommodation.

How to make a reservation
At the time of your booking you will be asked to pay an initial deposit of 25% of the total cost of the property. This payment is your only commitment until 6 weeks prior to your departure.
To Make a booking please fill out the booking form.

Payment of Balance
The balance of the holiday cost must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to departure. If you arrange your holiday within 6 weeks of traveling then full payment is due with your booking.

If You Cancel Your Booking
If you wish to cancel your booking you must do so by sending written confirmation.

Insurance Requirements
Holiday and travel Insurance, including cancellation cover, is essential for your own protection and we strongly recommend that you and all members of your party be suitably insured.

Problems With The Property
If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform us immediately and every effort will be made to put things right.

Occupancy
Your accommodation is available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. However if possible this can be flexible.

Property Standards
Please be aware that you may encounter maintenance staff and a gardener during your stay, as the properties need to keep up to standard. Please also remember that this is a private home - please leave the villa in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.

Safety
Please note that tiled surfaces can become very slippery when wet, take extra care if your feet are wet after using the pool. Immediately upon arrival at your holiday home please familiarize yourself with the layout of the property and identify any potential hazards e.g. unexpected steps, slippery surfaces etc.
